Approach
How we work.
Each matter is scoped to the situation. The path is the same: an appointment, a brief intake, a quote, then the work.
Four steps
From a first message to a written picture.
- An appointment. A message on WhatsApp begins the conversation. We agree on a time to sit.
- A brief intake. A short form, sent privately, that lets us understand the shape of the matter before we meet — not a financial disclosure, just enough to make the sitting sharp.
- A quote, scoped to the work. Once we see the matter, we propose a way to work it: a single session, a defined engagement, or a retainer — whichever fits.
- The work, in writing. The outcome is always a written picture you keep — the situation, the options, the recommended moves, and what to stop worrying about.
What we draw on
Tools, expertise, partners, and judgement.
The work is informed by a set of internal tools we have developed for analysis and modelling, paired with formal training, current knowledge of the industry, and judgement built in the field.
Where a matter touches on legal, tax, notarial, accounting, or specialised structuring questions, we bring in trusted partners — quietly, with your consent — and coordinate the work so that you receive a single, coherent picture rather than a fragmented set of opinions.
We hold no products to sell. We accept no commission from any third party. The only thing we are paid to do is think clearly on your behalf, in writing, and tell you what we believe is the right move.
Three depths
One aim: clarity, in writing, before you decide.
A Session
For a single decision. A sitting in Beirut; a clear written picture you leave with, and the moves we would take.
An Engagement
For a defined piece of work, taken end to end. When the matter is larger than a sitting and needs to be carried through.
A Retainer
For an ongoing relationship. Your position held across the year, with priority of attention when something arises.
