Samaha & Co. is a private financial advisory practice in Beirut. The work is led by Anthony Samaha, principal — Lebanese-Canadian, trained in international private banking, now independent in Lebanon.

Before founding the practice, Anthony was a private banker at one of North America's eight largest institutions by assets, in Montreal — responsible for more than a hundred client relationships across the full advisory cycle: deposits, lending, investment portfolios, and the structuring of multi-entity client relationships — operating companies, holding companies, and trusts.
That work was carried out under one of the world's more rigorous regulatory frameworks — FINTRAC, AML / ATF, and the Canadian Client-Focused Reforms — with discipline in KYC, suitability, and risk-first execution. Those standards travel.
Graduate finance, an academic foundation in economics and political science, and certifications in investment funds, financial markets, and negotiation round out the training. The practice now applies that experience, in Beirut, to clients here.

The practice works with a small number of clients at any one time. Records are held in confidence to the practice. The work is by appointment.
